Relaxation Massage

Swedish Massage aims to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body.

Head & Neck Massage

A head massage may ease symptoms of headache, reduce stress, and stimulate hair growth. By doing so, it promotes relaxation by relieving muscle tension around neck and shoulders.

Pre & Post Natal Massage

Many women find massage very therapeutic both during and after pregnancy. During pregnancy it is important to support your changing body during your pregnancy. There may be strains and soreness from the extra weight you are carrying and also from the joints starting to relax making the muscles work harder to support them.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows you to relax and release tension and stress in your body.

Hot Bamboo Massage

When used for body massage, several hollow and full bamboo sticks of various lengths are used during the massage; generally, the longer, thicker sticks are used for gliding and rolling movements along larger muscles (like the back and thighs), whereas the shorter, thinner sticks are used to roll out muscle tension, knots, and trigger points.

Herbal Compress Massage

Herbal compresses allow skin exfoliation to promote revitalisation and improve blood circulation. Their heat also relaxes muscles to favour the release of tension and stress in different parts of your body.

TMJ Massage

Temporomandibular joint disorder occurs with excessive teeth grinding and clenching, jaw injury, head and neck tension. Massage can help you relieve pain and tension you're experiencing. Sometimes this includes intra-oral. We focused on your chewing muscles and muscles around your face.

Dynamic Cupping Massage

Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. This suction is thought to improve the flow of energy in the body and facilitate healing.
